How are my rankings scored?
After each week’s games, RankRivals compares the order you ranked players in with how they actually performed in fantasy scoring. The closer your rankings match real results, the higher your score.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose RankRivals. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
I got a new phone. How do I restore my subscription?
Sign in to the app with the same account, then use Restore purchases in the app’s settings. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple account you used to subscribe.
How do I turn alerts on or off?
You can change alerts in the app’s settings, or turn off all notifications for RankRivals in your iPhone’s Settings under Notifications.
How do I delete my account?
Delete your account from the app’s settings, or email support@rankrivals.app from the address on your account. Your personal information is deleted within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that separately first.
Is RankRivals affiliated with the NFL?
No. RankRivals is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams or any fantasy football platform.
